Our career development packages can assist you to clarify your interests, abilities and values, and how your personality can influence your career choices and career satisfaction. We also assess your existing business skills, transferable skills, strengths and weaknesses. This information can then feed into a professional résumé, job search strategies and interview coaching.
Our Career Development packages mostly fall into 3 categories:
- Career Investigation: for clients seeking assistance to clarify their future career direction
- Career Transition: for clients seeking a career change and the strategies to make it happen
- Career Progression: for client wanting to achieve a forward career move
After talking to you we will develop a Career Development package to suit your objectives –it may be career development counselling sessions on their own, or it may also include a résumé, interview coaching and advice on networking skills.
Some of our packages also include on-going mentoring and support for up to 6 months.
