We can assist you to clarify your interests, abilities and values, and how your personality can influence your career choices and career satisfaction. This information can then feed into a professional résumé, job search strategies and interview coaching.
Our Development Coaching services mostly fall into 2 categories:
- Career Investigation: for clients seeking assistance to clarify their future career direction.
- Career Transition: for clients seeking a career change and the strategies to make it happen.
After talking to you we will develop a package to suit your objectives – it may be career development counselling on its own, or it may also include a résumé and interview coaching.
